John E. Elliott II
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Elliott is presently the chairman of AMI Holdings, Inc. He began his 32 year career in healthcare in 1978; Mr. Elliott has founded, operated, and acquired, merged and divested companies in many sectors with a concentration on health care.

In 1983, Mr. Elliott formed Allied Medical, Inc. and built it to a national company distributing its own brand label of wheelchairs and patient products for the homecare market; he divested the company in 1996.

In 2002, he led a group of investors in acquiring Neogenomics (NGNM) a Biotech company. In 2004 he acquired Arcadia Services, Inc., a national provider of staffing professionals and homecare products serving as its Chairman and CEO through 2007. Since the acquisition he took the company public as Arcadia Resources, Inc. (KAD). May 2012 he repurchased Arcadia Services, Inc. and is currently the companies CEO.

Mr. Elliott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University of which he was a member of the Board of Trustees.


Aaron Goldstein
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Goldstein joined Arcadia in May 2012 as the Chief Financial Officer. He previously served as the Chief Financial Analyst for AMI Holding Corporation where he worked for three years on various transactions and business ventures in healthcare products and services. Mr. Goldstein has also worked in the areas of investment banking and in the capital markets. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester, and an MBA in finance and accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.


Cathy Sparling, RN
Executive Vice President

Ms. Sparling joined Arcadia in 1990 and presently serves as the Executive Vice President overseeing home care and staffing operations. She has over 25 years of clinical and business management experience in the home care and medical staffing industries.

Prior to her current position, Ms. Sparling previously served in management roles for Arcadia Services, Inc., encompassing business development, clinical services, contracting, quality assurance and compliance, and reimbursement.

Ms. Sparling earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Michigan State University and has pursued graduate course work in business administration.
